Returns & Cancellations
WINE IS FINAL SALE IN NEW YORK STATE. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged or defective. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to customerservice@liebcellars.com to arrange for the return of defective product.
Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine plus shipping. You will receive a refund notification via email. Please allow several business days for the refund to post to your account.
